A Haiku, The Storm

Here I go with another try at a haiku!

Distant thunderclap
Storm carried by wicked winds
The restless cows stir

Let me know what you think!
Thanks for reading!

    1. Thank you! That’s great to hear. Glad I was able to encapsulate those feelings. Same thing here, you summed it up well by saying, “those sensations,” it is oh so true. Thank you so much for reading and the support! ☺️

  1. Fine job! Your haiku could easily describe a monsoon scene west of where I live, where cows roam. That is, if we actually had monsoons. They were a bust last year. Hopefully the rains will return this year. 🌧

    1. That’s awesome it’s relatable to where you live. Oh no, so like drought conditions it sounds like? Rough stuff right there. I love a storm with some ferocious lightning. I’m not sure why or how I developed the love for them but it’s been all my life. I’ll stand on the porch at night and watch. So beautiful.
