So this haiku originated with a simple verse from a Winnie The Pooh jingle,
“I’m so rumbly in my tumbly
Time to munch an early luncheon
hum da de dum dum.”
It got me thinking about what bears will go through just for sustenance. With no reservations at all, they will swing their arms through swarms of bees just to get to the honey.
So, needless to say, I wrote a haiku about bears!
Swat as the bees swarm
Unfettered you eat to live
Harvest the honey
Let me know what you think!
Thanks for reading!

Glad you liked it! Haha! My two sons listen to the songs from The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and the songs are infectious….I’ll admit….I end up singing along.π

It was a struggle. π©. And now, here is a random predictive text comment: “I don’t have a phone I just got home from the store and I will get back with the other person to get it done” and one more…”I think I will be able to help me with that one day at the moment I have to go back down there to see if it works for you” π

Lol! I think I’m picking up vibes of an emerging haiku or story. Predictive text kind of reads like twisted poetry. If you hadn’t told me, I’d be looking for some deeper meaning. Probably can see it right now too.
That’s totally crazy!
But we might be on to something…

YES! Wow, I love that idea! Haha! Yeah, only to realize in the end it was predictive text driving the story/poem.π
I am going to have to mess around with creating something like that, I think it would be really fun/funny to share! I’ll be sure to credit you with the thought and whatnot. I think you might be on to something. ππ

Now thatβs the right spirit.
Travis, you have to get right to it.
It would be such a creative piece of writing.
So whip out that phone and type some sweet nothings on it. I think youβll be surprised with what you find.
And this could be the next big thing!
Of course, due credit will be taken with much thanks. π

Love the sweet beginnings of your haiku, Winnie the Pooh, not the honey, although ending on honey is nice too. π― π

π Yeah! Gotta show The Pooh bear some love! My sons love the songs from The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. They are constantly playing when we are driving around. So, needless to say, I know all of the songs too. Haha. π

Yes, The Pooh always deserve some love and honey too! π So sweet! My daughter sang Barney songs. I even took her to see him live. hahaha Haven’t thought about that in many years. Happy singing! π

Thank you so much! As Winnie the Pooh would say, and probably what the bear would be thinking, “just a small smackerel,”as it snacks on the honey. ππ
